Claudine Tapley Farr
December 16, 1930 - October 24, 2013
SAVANNAH - Claudine Tapley Farr, 82, of Savannah, died early Thursday morning at St. Joseph's Hospital after a long illness. She was the widow of the late James Wells Farr.
She was a member of St. John's Episcopal Church, and a former member of St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church.
She is survived by five children, James Wells Farr, Jr., of Alexandria, Virginia, Martha Elizabeth Farr, Frances Farr Edenfield Mrs. William, William Oliver Farr and Barbara Farr Powell Mrs. Timothy; one sister, Mrs. E. Noel Glenn of Jacksonville, Florida; two grandchildren, Leslie Herr Cazaubon Mrs. Patrick W. and Timothy Anderson Powell; and, one great-grandchild, Patrick William Cazaubon, Jr.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25th from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Fox and Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel. The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 26th at St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church.
Interment will follow in Bonaventure Cemetery.
